All financial transactions on ongbd are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ongbd does not accept foreign currency and does not apply currency conversion charges. The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals:

Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
Source of Funds: ongbd reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited into a player account where the volume or pattern of deposits gives reasonable cause for concern. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal processing being placed on hold pending review.

Section 6
Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's published terms expressly state otherwise.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.
- Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
- Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using alternative personal details.
- Allowing any third party to use your account credentials or access your account on your behalf.
- Attempting to access the platform if you are under 18 years of age or if you are currently subject to a self-exclusion period.
- Using software, bots, algorithms, or automated systems to place bets, collect data, or exploit game mechanics in any manner not available to standard players.

Section 8
Intellectual Property
All content, design elements, software, text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, and audiovisual elements available on the ongbd platform are either owned by ongbd or licensed to ongbd by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content found on the platform without prior written permission from ongbd.
The ongbd name, wordmark, and any associated logos or brand identifiers are proprietary to the platform. Section 9
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ongbd's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their ongbd account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ongbd does not accept liability for any of the following:
- Losses arising from internet or network connectivity failures, including dropped connections during in-play betting or live casino rounds, provided that ongbd's systems were functioning correctly at the time.
- Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials, including losses resulting from unauthorised access by a third party.
- Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if ongbd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Errors or omissions in game results produced by certified third-party random number generators (RNGs) operated by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe.
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking institution.
- Any tax liability arising from winnings, which remains the sole responsibility of the player in accordance with applicable Bangladeshi tax law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions operates to exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Section 10
Account Suspension & Closure
ongbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
- The player has provided false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
- The account is suspected of being used for money laundering, fraud, collusion, or any other unlawful purpose.
- The player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a formal request from the compliance team.
- The account belongs to a person under the age of 18, regardless of whether this was disclosed at the time of registration.
- Continued operation of the account presents a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to the platform.
Voluntary Closure: Players may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting the ongbd support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's registered payment method after the completion of standard KYC checks, provided no outstanding disputes or investigations are pending.
Effect of Closure: Upon account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by ongbd — all pending bets will be settled in accordance with the standard settlement rules applicable at the time the bets were placed. Bonus funds remaining in the account at the point of closure are non-refundable and will be voided in their entirety.
Self-Exclusion as Closure: Players who activate permanent self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools in their account dashboard, or who request permanent self-exclusion via support, will have their account closed on a permanent basis. Section 11
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ongbd operates a platform targeted at the Bangladesh market and operates in accordance with the framework of laws applicable to online gaming services serving Bangladeshi players.
Dispute Resolution — Informal Stage: In the first instance, players who wish to raise a dispute are encouraged to contact the ongbd support team at [email protected] with full details of the complaint. The support team will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 5 business days. Providing a clear description of the issue, relevant transaction IDs, dates, and screenshots where available will assist in a faster resolution.
Escalation: Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally through the support team within 10 business days of first contact, the player may request that the matter be escalated to a senior compliance officer. Game Result Disputes: All game results on the ongbd platform are determined by certified third-party RNG systems or live dealer outcomes produced by licensed studios. ongbd's records of game outcomes, bet placements, and transaction logs constitute the authoritative record in any dispute regarding the outcome of a specific game round or bet. In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on a player's device and what is recorded in ongbd's servers, the server record shall prevail.
Time Limitation: Any claim or dispute must be raised within 90 days of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after this period will not be investigated and will be considered waived.
